How and what kind of data is collected by the company?

User registration is required to access the Application. It is enough to provide an e-mail address and password to register. The basic way to provide user information is to complete the registration form voluntarily. Our Services are available for purchase only for those over the age of 18. Our Services are not targeted to,intended to be consumed by or designed to entice individuals under the age of 18. If you know of or have reason to believe anyone under the age of 18 has provided us with any personal data, please contact us.

How FXM Sp. z o.o. use Personal Information ?

FXM Sp. z o.o. uses your personal data:

  • to provide services to you;
  • to make a tailored website available to you;
  • to manage any registered account(s) that you hold with us;
  • to verify your identity;

We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties without your prior consent. Information about our customers, including personally identifiable information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personally identifiable information could be transferred to third parties as one of the business assets of the company.

The right to object,erase and modify the data

Every user may demand:

1.Access to their personal data,

2.Rectification of the personal data,

3.Erasure of the personal data,

4.Restriction on the extent of processing of the personal data,

5.Transfer of the personal data.

Furthermore, every user may object to the processing of their personal data. In order to exercise these rights the user should contact the Operator of the service at: fxm@fxm.pl.

The Data Controller shall comply with the user’s request without undue delay. Please note that erasure or transfer of personal data, restriction or objection regarding the processing of the data will affect the use of the Application and will make it impossible to use the Application. The user should be aware that their personal data is processed only to ensure the proper use of the Application.

The purposes and duration of personal data processing

The Data Controller processes personal data exclusively for the purpose of performing the contract concluded with the user. User’s personal data is stored only as long as it is necessary for proper contract performance. Upon termination of the contract the data is stored solely for the purpose of securing any future claims. The user has the right to remove their personal data at any time.  The data set is protected – it is kept in an isolated database stored in a logically-separated security zone to ensure appropriate protection of the database. The legal basis for our processing of users’ personal information, depending on the purpose of the processing referred above, is:

1) the consent given,

2) the contract concluded and performed.

Cookie policy

The Administrator uses cookies to ensure correct functioning of the service, and – in particular – to customise the content of websites to user preferences and to optimise the use of the service. In particular, cookie files enable identification of basic operating parameters of the user’s device (such as: device type, screen resolution, country of access) and thanks to that display the content to meet the requirements. The Administrator also uses cookies to collect statistical data by means of a traffic analysis tool Google Analytics (cookies managed by: Google Inc. in the USA), Facebook (cookies managed by: Facebook Inc. in the USA), and Twitter (cookies managed by: Twitter Inc. in the USA). At any time the user may change cookie settings independently, define their storage terms and the access to user devices.  Such changes can be made using the settings menu of their web browser. The settings can be changed specifically to prevent automatic handling of cookies by the web browser or to notify the user of each case of downloading cookies on their device. The user may delete cookies at any time, using the functions available in the web browser used.
